Where is my order confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact support@stockedmerch.com.
Was I charged more than once?
What you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization (a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity). Depending on your bank, pending authorizations on your account will clear within 3 - 7 business days. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.
Why won’t my discount and/or credit code work?
Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.
If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire.
All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
An item I want is sold out? Do you restock your inventory?
Depends on the item. Please inquire at support@stockedmerch.com. Please be specific about your item. Limited releases will not be restocked once sold out.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple purchases.
How can I change something on my order?
Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact support@stockedmerch.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
When will my order ship?
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. In stock items will ship within 72 hours but please note to allow up to 10 business days for order processing and verification.

How do I start an EU Withdrawal Request?
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive physical possession of your items. This right applies unconditionally to all eligible items, including those purchased on sale or during promotional events.
How to Exercise Your Right:
You may choose to exercise your right at any time using our dedicated electronic withdrawal function by clicking our withdrawal form here, or by submitting a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision to cancel to our customer service team.
Refunds and Logistics:
Once you notify us of your withdrawal, we will issue an automated acknowledgment of receipt. Please note that you must bear the direct cost of returning the items. You will need to arrange and pay for tracked return postage through your preferred local postal service or courier to our designated return address.We will refund the purchase price plus our standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We reserve the right to withhold this refund until we have received the physical items back or you have provided verifiable proof of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
- Exempt Items: Please note that under EU consumer law, certain items are strictly ineligible for a refund once purchased or opened. This includes custom-made or personalized goods, and sealed products unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
- Item Condition: You are legally liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would inspect an item in a physical shop).
